Shipping policy

Effective July 20, 2026.

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product's page and again at checkout — those are real estimates from our fulfillment source, not marketing numbers. If a carrier delay pushes past the estimate, we'll tell you.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email zlutcorporate@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

Damaged or lost in transit

Arrives damaged? Photograph it before discarding packaging and email us within 7 days — we replace or refund. Lost in transit (tracking stalled or marked delivered but not received)? We file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.

Outside the contiguous US

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are handled case by case — if we can't ship to your address, we refund in full immediately.
