30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a photo — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return needed.
How to Start a Return
Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason. We'll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable
Used items showing wear, and items returned after 30 days, are not eligible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
